This category is tailored for large projects, with an electrical spend over $1million in budget, that exhibit a profound dedication to expertise and a strong commitment to quality and safety. It aims to acknowledge exceptional accomplishments in various aspects of a project, including innovation, technical expertise, employee development and workplace culture, and industry involvement.
Judges will assess projects on design and innovation, project and HSEQ management, employee development and workplace culture, business/financial management and timing/profitability/customer feedback.

- How did you demonstrate and promote your business commitment to its safety management system during the project?
Employee development and workplace culture
- Provide examples of how you created a positive workplace culture in relation to the project and development of your employees.
