of the Year

The New or Emerging Business Award recognises and celebrates the impressive achievements and rapid growth of a contracting business in their early years, particularly those operating for less than three years. We will be looking for innovative approaches to business management, growth in the industry, customer base, turnover/revenue, number of staff and systems and processes.
Judging Criteria
- Business less than seven years old
- Innovative approaches adopted
- Shows growth in any of the following categories
- Customer base
- Turnover/revenue
- Number of staff
- Safety systems and processes
Business overview
- Please provide a summary of the business including locations serviced, staff numbers, services offered.
- What has been the business journey from commencement to now (include when the business launched)?
Business achievements
- What are your key business achievements, and how did your business’ processes and systems contribute to these?
Health, safety, environment and quality management
- How does your business demonstrate its commitment to safety and quality outcomes?
Leadership & Management
- Provide an overview of the business leadership, training/development and culture.
Photos and references (Highly recommended)
