This award is a tribute to the incredible legacy of Bill Bartley, a cherished and highly respected member of Master Electricians Australia. Bill was more than a MEA Council Member—he was a mentor, a friend, and a guiding light to countless contractors, electricians and apprentices. His passion for the industry, his generosity in sharing knowledge, and his unwavering support for our association made a lasting impact. While he is deeply missed, his spirit lives on in the lives he touched and the industry he helped shape. This award honours his dedication, kindness, and the lasting difference he made.
This award category celebrates a business demonstrating service excellence. It recognises and celebrates the impressive achievements of businesses that specialise in service and maintenance work. These contractors demonstrate exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction, deliver top-notch workmanship, and maintain efficient operational processes.
Judges will be looking for efficient processes and procedures, safety management systems, community impact, and customer feedback. We will also be looking for innovative approaches to projects, growth in the industry, customer base, turnover/revenue, number of staff and systems and processes.
